If you are in the market for a wood chipper, do not go to Lowe's or home depot and pay 800 dollars more, cheaply made machines that cant hold candle quality performance of this shredder. They are called r l carriers. Engine is perfectly adjusted and tuned runs strong smooth, 3600 rpm, blades turn at 3400 rpm makes quick work of large branches debris. This machine is perfect for someone with a large property that gets lots of fallen branches and leaves or live near the wooden farm.

If you tried to buy a shredder of this quality would have commercial equipment which is very expensive.

The engine starts on one easy pull and runs strong. Their is a fuel shut off valve on the tank so that you can run carb dry when machine not in use for storage gas does go stale carburetor. This engine is very powerful and they are no longer made or sold in the usa by briggs.

This thing chips and shreds branches, leaves debris up to 3 inches in diameter like its nothing, turning it into nice mulch, which can be used as mulch or bagged thrown away easily.

The hitch is detachable if you do not need to use it. Machine has always been well maintained and cared for.

It has a brand new belt and the blades are sharp. It is approximately 225 pounds and its dimensions are 45x 35 l 26 w. This machine is a beast. The shredder also has a hitch to hook up tractor.

It is an 8 horsepower industrial commercial engine with electronic magnetising ignition and adjustable updraft carburetor. Starts on one easy pull. Everything on this machine is in excellent condition.

I am pretty sure it has a 1 inch wide shaft about 3 inches long with key groove. They do not build machines of this quality anymore period.

The grate on bottom is also removable. However I will double check the shaft for sure if someone wants engine.
